This salad is simple and makes your taste buds tingle!
Salad
- 3 cups chopped spinach
- 1/2 cup sliced strawberries
- sliced red onion to taste- 1/2 cup sliced strawberries
Balsamic Vinaigrette
Makes 1 cup
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 3/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 tsp grainy mustard
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
Place salad ingredients in a large salad bowl. Dress with a few tablespoons of balsamic vinaigrette and toss.
